Tenant reviews of rental buildings, written by identity-verified renters, so you can check a building before you sign. It starts in Oakland with 3,379 properties.
A marketplace that connects social-impact organizations with influencers and journalists. I built it as a pitch to a statewide nonprofit.
A proprietary tool for Movement Legal. It keeps Just Cause eviction and rent-control tables current across 110 Bay Area jurisdictions. A daily watcher flags changes, Claude drafts each update with a citation and a verbatim quote, and an analyst approves or rejects it.
